When procuring our fresh fish and shellfish we always purchase local first. By doing so we ensure that your fish will be the freshest possible. Whether it is cooked on our grill or yours we care about your satisafaction.

Clams, Oysters, Prince Edward Island Mussels, Sea Scallops sit in our case alongside the fresh Tuna, Salmon, Mako, Flounder, and Swordfish that we always have on hand. Our Shrimp is imported from Brazil guaranteeing the finest feed.

We also look for special fish to bring to the market. It is not uncommon to find Tilapia, Chilean Sea Bass, Monk Fish and Halibut on the board or the menu. We import fish from Alaska, Hawaii, Chile and Florida. If we don't have what you want we will do our best to find it for you given adequate notice.
